TOM.COM invests in she.com
Join hands to build an Asian women's nation online

Hong Kong, June 14, 2000--- TOM.COM LIMITED (TOM.COM) and she.com jointly announced today that TOM.COM has acquired an initial 35% interest in she.com with an option to increase its stake to 51%.

she.com will be officially launched in July. Content will initially focus on topics such as fashion trends, health, beauty, relationship, career and lifestyle.
