Effective September 1st 2000, Seasons Villas will be the new name to replace The Four Seasons, a cluster of high-quality, prestigious villas located at 983 Huamu Road in Pudong. Seasons Villas were developed by Bayswater Developments ( Shanghai ) Ltd., a joint venture invested by Hong Kong's Cheung Kong ( Holdings ) Limited and Hutchison Whampoa Properties Limited.

Near the Luijiazui financial district, Seasons Villas is meticulously landscaped and features a peaceful and harmonious living environment where its distinctive characters of green shades that are green year round and flourishing flowers are mostly amusing. Exquisite pavilion, bridges, pond and fountain sculptures with special architectural features are carefully designed to project a unique and idyllic environment in which the tenants of Seasons Villas enjoy their carefree way of life.
