Present to officiate the grand opening of the East Point Customer Services Centre were Mrs. Agnes Nardi, Managing Director, Mr. Cliff Woo, Deputy Managing Director and Wireless Networks Director and Ms. Jennifer Tan, Finance Director of Hutchison Telecom.

Located in the heart of Causeway Bay, this new Customer Services Centre is an affirmation of Orange's dedication in developing the latest in mobile communications technology and delivering top quality customer services. The 12,000-square foot, state-of-the-art Customer Services Centre offers a "one-stop-shop" of professional customer services of the highest quality. It houses over 30 service counters offering a full range of services including service applications, change of service plans, handset maintenance, trade-in and sales services as well as payments services.

Innovative Handset and Internet Corner for Latest Service and Product trial

The new Customer Services Centre is also a channel of communications and features innovative handset and Internet corner where customers can try out the very latest handsets and services offered by Orange, and go on-line by accessing orangehk.com and Hutchcity. Help is also readily at hand from the Orange service ambassadors who are always on standby to offer assistance and advice to individual customers.
