the appointment of Dr. Rosanna Wong Yick-ming as an Independent
Non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 24th
January, 2001. Dr. Wong has been an active participant in various
public and community services in Hong Kong, and has a broad
knowledge in a wide spectrum of areas. The Company is sure that,
