Employee Engagement

Listening to employees is fundamental. Employee engagement is carried out in different ways depending on the business with engagement surveys conducted at least bi-annually, and supplemented with ad hoc surveys to address discrete events and trends, for example understanding employee health and wellbeing during the pandemic.

Going above and beyond to understand employee sentiment, AGIG enlists the support of a third-party engagement expert biannually to provide a forensic and independent view of engagement. AGIG’s 2020 Alignment and Engagement Survey results show continued improvement with the highest response to date (88% participation) with engagement levels in the top decile for the industry.
