Orange provides HKCEE students with
"Mobile Services for Secondary Six Vacancy Information"

Orange is joining hands with application services provider "Cherrypicks" to provide students with the most up-to-date information on secondary six vacancy offered by the Education Department. This service will start upon the announcement of HKCEE results on August 9.

Accessing timely Secondary Six Vacancy Information through Orangeworld

With the Orangeworld wirefree internet service, HKCEE students can obtain the secondary six vacancy information on more than 360 secondary schools in Hong Kong anytime and anywhere via the WAP handset without the hassle of searching around from school to school.

Orangeworld allows students to access the secondary six vacancy information in the most user-friendly and easiest way. Simply choose the "Education" section from the 11 main categories of Orangeworld in the vertical portal and then choose "Education Institute" followed by selecting "S6 Vacancy", students can access those vacancy information according to the school ID, district, stream of study or medium of instruction. Automatic Short Message Alert Service for Secondary Six Vacancy Information

Orange is among a few exclusive service provider to offer short message alert service for secondary six vacancy information for Orange's Dualband and CDMA subscribers. Simply register a maximum of 5 selected schools on Cherrypicks website, the service will automatically send short message to alert students when there are either below "25", below "15" or below "5" vacancies and when there is no vacancy for each of the 5 pre-selected schools.

Special offer for the Orangeworld wirefree internet service

During the promotion period, customer can enjoy 50 minutes of Orangeworld wirefree internet service for 3 consecutive months upon payment of the first monthly fee of HK$25. Short message service will be charged at only HK$0.5 for each message.
