Inquiries on CKHH share repurchases

(Hong Kong, 16 December 2022) Regarding media inquiries on recent share repurchases by CK Hutchison Holdings Limited (Ticker: HK0001), the Group’s response is as follows:

The latest share repurchase by the Group was carried out today (16 December 2021), buying back 150,000 shares for a total consideration of HK$7,493,732.19.

Since March this year, the Group’s aggregate repurchases totalled 55 times, buying back 21,523,500 shares for a total consideration of HK$1,229,321,070.91.
