Inquiries on CKHH share repurchases

(Hong Kong, 22 December 2021) Regarding media inquiries on recent share repurchases by CK Hutchison Holdings Limited (Ticker: HK0001), the Group’s response is as follows:

The latest share repurchase by the Group was carried out today (22 December 2021), buying back 100,000 shares for a total consideration of HK$4,950,227.15.

Since March this year, the Group’s aggregate repurchases totalled 57 times, buying back 21,706,000 shares for a total consideration of HK$1,238,389,214.91.
