November 7th, 2000 - TOM.COM LIMITED ("TOM,COM" or "TOM"; stock code: 8001), announced today that it has entered into strategic partnership with leading Greater China-financial ASP, China Markets Limited ("CN-Markets -" or "CN-Markets") to deliver multi-media financial information services.

The relationship enfolds a cooperation on a number of fronts. First, CN-Markets, through its proprietary Financial Information Feeds (FIF) services, will reinforce TOM.COM's finance channel with CN-Market's proprietary content and expertise in application services. The partnership will strengthen TOM's edge in the provision of customized, unique, and high-quality financial information to its users - CN-Markets' content feed to TOM will be unveiled in December this year.
