Partner's shares begin trading on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange

Rosh Ha'ayin, Israel, July 3rd, 2001 - Partner Communications Company Ltd. (NASDAQ and TASE: PTNR , London : PCCD) today announced that the Company's shares began trading on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE).

The TASE announced that Partner would be included in the Tel Aviv 25 Index (TA 25) and the Tel Aviv 100 Index (TA 100), effective August 1st, 2001. The TA 25 and TA 100 Indexes are composed of the largest companies on the TASE, ranked by market capitalization.

The listing on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange provides access to additional Israeli institutional investors that are currently restricted from trading on foreign exchanges as well as Israeli retail investors and foreign investors who trade on the TASE. Additional advantages include a continuous trading day of 14 hours (from 9:45 a.m. to 11 p.m. Israeli local time (ILT) as well as efficient, low-cost order execution on the fully automated Tel Aviv Continuous Trading (TACT) system.

Partner Communications Company Ltd. is the only Global System for Mobile Communications, or GSM, mobile telephone network operator in Israel. The Company commenced full commercial operations in January 1999 under the international Orange Brand name and, through its network, provides quality of service and a range of features to over a million subscribers in Israel. Partner subscribers can use roaming services in 80 countries using 208 GSM networks. The Company shares are quoted as American Depositary Shares (ADS) on NASDAQ under the symbol PTNR and on the London Stock Exchange under the symbol PCCD.
