First to offer ITBB's information on WAP
HONG KONG, August 9, 2000 - Orange announced today to become the first operator in Hong Kong to offer the specialized WAP contents from Information Technology and Broadcasting Bureau (ITBB), the government bureau in charge of the broadcasting, censorship, telecommunications and Information Technology. Through this initiative, Orangeworld users will enjoy news and updates on technology and virus information from ITBB.
The upcoming ITBB WAP site on Orangeworld will be offered in both Chinese and English. Through the "Technology" category, Orangeworld users can be updated with the latest development in information technology, and alerted on different virus attacks.
