Inquiries on CKHH share repurchases

(Hong Kong, 20 December 2021) Regarding media inquiries on recent share repurchases by CK Hutchison Holdings Limited (Ticker: HK0001), the Group’s response is as follows:

The latest share repurchase by the Group was carried out today (20 December 2021), buying back 82,500 shares for a total consideration of HK$4,117,916.85.

Since March this year, the Group’s aggregate repurchases totalled 56 times, buying back 21,606,000 shares for a total consideration of HK$1,233,438,987.76.
