Greens the International Buffet & Brasserie style restaurant boasts a wide range of Asian, Pacific Rim and International menu's all designed by New Zealander, Executive Chef, Tim Stanhope.

Italian Night - Dinner Buffet

Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday throughout February, treat yourself, friends and family to Greens' dinner buffet featuring authentic Italian cuisine. Sample a wide selection of dishes including ossobuco veal shanks braised with tomato and herbs, grilled baby salmon with lemon and parma ham, grilled squid with lemon and caper's. You can also delight in freshly-made pasta of your choice from the live pasta cooking demonstration. A variety of salads and desserts are also available including caesar salad, baby lobster with garlic mayonnaise, prawn salad tossed in pesto, tiramsu, chocolate mousse, baked pear flan and more. HK$200 per person.

Sushi and Sashimi Lunch Buffet

Now you can enjoy a sushi and sashimi lunch buffet for only HK$100 per person. Between 2nd February and 5th March, Greens serves a variety of fresh and quality sashimi and sushi.
